I have been studyinghow the mind influences our reality for over 8 years now and have used what I has learned to go on my own transformational journey.
Realising what I learned had the power to change many lives inspired me to qualify as a Psychodynamic Life Coach from the Psychodynamic Coach Academy knowing this would equip me with the tools to quickly get to the root of my clients problems, resolve them at their core and free them to stop hiding and proactively create the life of their dreams.

The biggest change has been mindset in respect of looking to my future & realising that in order to create that future I want, I need to forgive & be grateful for my past.
I now understand that it’s not enough to just acknowledge my past from a view of lack. I have to face any misgivings, be thankful and release that part of my life before I can flourish.

I think for me, I managed to find, it was quite surprising, I didn’t expect it to uncover stuff that I wasn’t aware of, because I like to say I am pretty self-aware and I know myself really well and I know where my blockages are. But what I found really interesting you discovered two quite significant parts that have now been uncovered.
I’ve been wanting to work on these blocks for ages, but no one’s been able to nail them and find them in the way that you found them. Which has been really good, because that’s the difficulty, isn’t it? It’s finding the Shadow parts, the parts that are hidden, that you can’t find yourself.
I’ve been stuck since 2019.
It doesn’t need to be weeks and weeks and years and years of really painful work. You go in, work with it, you shift it, it transforms.
I really like your questioning style. You’re very unassuming, in a really good way. It’s not about you. Which is really nice, because so many people make it about them when they’re a coach. And it’s like your agenda and opinions aren’t there. You’re a neutral space that questions. You know the right questions to ask at the right time, to open up a feeling. I guess you call it an intuitive coach.
I am back on track having been stuck for three years and having tried an awful lot of different things.
Overall through this coaching, I have become a calmer human being, who does not beat myself up but questions why I feel the way I do, I feel I understand myself so much more.
